The choice of the spray nozzle depends on two factors: Grain size of the material, required pump capacity Rule of thumb grain size: specified grain size x 3 = less than the nozzle E.g. 3 mm x 3 = 9 => at least nozzle 10 is needed (Ø 32 mm) Our spray nozzles for all PFT spraying guns of the finishing, powercoat and skimcoat type are made from high-quality stainless steel.
