Description Fassacouche Coloured Render is a semi-lightweight through-coloured render for protecting and decorating exterior façades of new and existing buildings. Made from natural lime, white cement, graded sand, perlite, mineral pigments and specific additives, Fasscouche is a monocouche render that stands apart from the rest due to Fassa’s special formula. Fassacouche render provides good coverage and has good resistance to colour fading. Use: Apply this monocouche coloured render with a render sprayer or by hand. Several finishes are achievable, including scratched, floated, sponge floated and smooth finishes. Fassacouche can be used on exteriors, on both new and existing buildings, over medium density (1,400 to 1,800 kg/m³) concrete blockwork compliant with BS 771-3 : 2011, with a compressive strength of 7.3 N/mm². Not recommended for use on gypsum coatings. Fassacouche achievable finishes: Before using any of our Fassa products, we always advise checking the data sheets before use, please refer to the Fassa Bortolo website Application of the product must be carried out strictly in accordance with BBA Certificate 18/5486, the Certificate holder’s instructions and the relevant recommendations of BS EN 13914-1 : 2016. Due to the nature of the raw materials used (natural sands), uniformity of colour cannot be guaranteed between different supply lots. As a result, it is recommended that all the material required to finish the job should be acquired from the same batch.
