Description FASSACEM is a hydraulic screed binder for constructing fast-drying and controlled shrinkage screeds, for both interior and exterior flooring. Suitable for laying ceramic, wood, vinyl, carpet, linoleum and stone materials. Mixed with 0-8 mm graded sand, FASSACEM is easily workable and gives an excellent finish. Supply: Special sacks with protection against moisture, approx. 25 kg Use: FASSACEM is a screed binder for the preparation of screeds using suitably graded aggregate. The screeds obtained can be used as the substrate for wooden, vinyl, linoleum, carpet and ceramic tile floors, both indoors and outdoors. It is especially suitable for preparing screeds that require faster drying times, while maintaining similar workability as a traditional screed. For example, a screed made using FASSACEM mixed in the ratio of 250 kg/m³ to 1,800 kg/m³ of dry, assorted 0-8 mm aggregate, is ready for traffic after 12 hours; ceramic tiles can be laid after 24 hours, while wooden floors can be installed after around 4 days.
