Description This Cobalt Blue Viscose Poly Elastane stretch fabric in a striking and vibrant blue colour. The viscose and polyester mix offers a soft, smooth feel with excellent drape, while the elastane adds significant stretch for a comfortable, form-fitting finish. Ideal for creating bold, body-hugging garments like dresses, wraps, cowl necklines or backlines, comfy lounge wear or fitted tops, to name a few.
