Description This is a really lovely fabric in a vibrant blue shade with a gorgeous brushed effect on the twill weave. It is soft it the touch and has a good level of stretch for trousers or a skirt as 10cm comfortably stretches to 12cm. this fabric would work well as a pair of trousers, skirt, jacket to name a few.
