Description 21 Wale cotton needlecord in Petrol “Wale” refers to the number of ridges (or ribs) per inch on the fabric. Our 21 wale needlecord is a finer, softer version of corduroy, making it ideal for dressmaking. It drapes beautifully and is perfect for creating garments like skirts, dresses, trousers, waistcoats and lightweight jackets. This fabric is easy to work with and adds a lovely texture to your sewing projects.
