Description This is a lovely deep navy blue coloured lightweight lining fabric with a soft sheen that shimmers blue/black. This fabric is also smoothe to the touch, making it a perfect lining for dressmaking projects and craft projects from dresses, skirts, jackets and coats to even bags.
