I found the guitar very playable, voiced clearly, beautiful sing in the guitar with necessary right hand control, stopping strings, as its a guitar that demands better technique from the player. What I mean is, the guitar can get away from you if you’re not stopping the strings, the basses, etc. I like guitars that make you a better player, and this is a great example of one. Reminds of the Spruce Antonio Marin Montero guitars that demand better from you. Notes on the guitar condition…she is definitely played, showing minimum yet honest playing wear on the soundboard in and around the rosette. All very light, but they are evident (you should be able to see in the accompanying photos). Her action is more than accessible, easily played. I judge guitars and their builder based on whether or not I would represent them going forward. I would represent Ana in a heartbeat. _____________ Media Listening with high quality headphones or audio equipment is highly recommended including EQ manipulation, if possible. We record everything flat with just a touch of Reverb to relieve dryness. My goal is to record the guitar as realistically as is possible. I speak in the recordings, my thoughts about the guitar (and possibly other things?). My speaking also serves to give you my first impressions and to also give you a balance of the engineering (or lack thereof) versus the sound of the guitar.
